Youth Town of Tennessee provides both residential treatment that caters to the specific needs of adolescents struggling with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Youth Town employs a faith-based approach and is committed to supporting teens and their families on their journey toward wellness, empowering them to cultivate a healthier life.
Our Residential Treatment facility focuses on providing a Christ-centered environment for boys and girls aged 13-17 years. Youth Town of Tennessee offers professional residential treatment services for co-occurring mental health disorders. We seek irreversible life change in adolescents (13-17) through services that are adventure-based, gender-responsive, empirically informed, family-focused, and thoroughly Christ-centered.

The Refuge offers a safe and supportive environment for teenagers aged 13 to 18. Therapy helps teens develop coping strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and build resilience.

The Refuge has a Telehealth option for those clients who are unable to attend in-person sessions. Telehealth is a way to provide medical and mental health services using video and audio technology.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We accept cancellations by phone call, text, or email. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied for all cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Insurers do not pay for missed sessions. Therefore, you will be held responsible for the full $50 amount. The same fee applies for our no-show/no-call policy.
